Welcome to Two brothers software arcade. Every game on this site is written in scratch.   Scratch is a great programming language designed to teach younger programmers how to code. Like any tool  not everyone uses it as intended - and some of those younger programmers are pretty good.

Part of scratch's charm is there is a java applet that runs scratch games allowing these new programmers to share their work. As a result there are a huge number of projects (as of the time I am writing this 382,132)  many showing of growing programming skills, some of them fun enjoyable games.

As this website is available to schools and hopefully used in schools - they appropriately have an extremely low violence low gor policy.  As an online arcade I can go a little further than that.

They  projects on the site are released under a Creative Commons - Share alike license  and many of the games here use that license.

The basic - you are allowed to copy, distribute, and transmit the work as long as you attribute the work to the original author - or in the case of remixes authors.

You are not allowed to imply that your transmission or remixing of a project is an endorsement of your work.  To make sure I accomplish this end I am using the same style for authors and remix notes that the scratch site uses, and to make sure I am not claiming any endorsements - many of these authors do no even know I've copied their projects.

While I do not feel the license requires it - if an author contacts me and asks me to pull a game I will.
